Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.
I really enjoy this poem. It strongly shows opinions and feelings on life. One thing that I really like is how I think it is talking about life and how people intend on going by day by day. One thing that confused me was when it says "but if it had to perish twice". There is nothing that i didn't really like about it and over all i think that it is very well written with strong and hidden ideas about life and how people live it.
